We said goodbye to Paros this morning and headed on a ferry to Santorini. This was a longer ferry ride than the one to Paros. I personally like ferries, as they provide a good opportunity to take in the views from the water and also to relax a bit. When we arrived in Santorini, it was almost time for dinner. We freshened up in our hotel and headed out to explore our village which was called Fira. Santorini is truly beautiful, and I was blown away by the architecture, homes and restaurants built into the mountainside. I had seen pictures but being able to experience this in person was truly remarkable. I'm feeling so grateful towards my parents for sending me on this trip.
