Day 12: The Beaches and the City of Split!

We were indeed able to go on a tour of the city of Split, which I thought was remarkable. The beaches were incredible, and make the beaches back home in Massachusetts seem sad. I hope to be able to visit again one day. I'm traditionally not a beach guy as I don't love getting sand everywhere, but this beach made me change my mind. The city was also beautiful. The landscape overlooking the Mediterranean was truly remarkable. The food here was the best on the whole trip so far, as the Croatian cuisine was splendid.
